Issue with viewing all the plugins from VMware Cloud Director UI.

Issue/Introduction

• All the plugins disappeared from the VMware Cloud Director UI.
  
  
• When you click on More from Cloud Director provider UI you can only see Customize Portal plugin and Guided Tours plugin.
  
  
• However, when you click on Customize Portal you can see all the plugins inside then. 

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.5.1.1

Cause

If the NgHyperPlugin plugin (v1.0.1) is removed from the Customize Portal option, then there will be issue viewing all the Plugins from the More option inside VCD UI for providers and tenants. 

Resolution

You need to reinstall the VMware Hyper Plugin using this documentation: Reinstall the VMware Hyper Plugin for VMware Cloud Director for viewing all the Plugins from the More option inside the UI.
