Issue/Introduction

VMware is announcing that VeloCloud SD-WAN Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) service (also known as VMware SD-WAN on AWS GovCloud (US)) has reached the final phase of its product lifecycle. Effective immediately, the VeloCloud SD-WAN FedRAMP service is unavailable to new customers, and FedRAMP SKUs can no longer be ordered.

Resolution

Customers with a requirement to adhere to federal information processing standards can operate VeloCloud SD-WAN on-premises or host it with one of VMware's FISMA-
certified partners.
