Load DWH job fails with deadlock with Jaspersoft Reports

Issue/Introduction

Error when running Load DWH , deadlock:

ORA-04020: deadlock detected while trying to lock object PPM_DWH.DWH_INV_TEAM_PERIOD_FACTS
ORA-06512: at "PPM_DWH.CMN_DISABLE_CONSTRAINTS_SP", line 31
ORA-06512: at "PPM_DWH.CMN_DISABLE_CONSTRAINTS_SP", line 31
ORA-06512: at "PPM_DWH.DWH_CFG_PRE_CONFIG_SP", line 23
ORA-06512: at line 4

When looking with DBA in the database traces we can see the deadlock was conflicting with a Jaspersoft report

Cause

All Supported Clarity Releases

Resolution

• If this is not a common occurrence, ignore the error and run Load DWH - Full job
• If this happens a few times:
• Schedule Load DWH job accordingly to run outside of typical Jaspersoft report schedule
