Incorrect tag value case when exporting to .csv

Issue/Introduction

Tag values of "true" and "false" are being shown as "TRUE" and "FALSE" in Excel. 

Resolution

Excel and Apple Numbers both automatically upper case the words "true" and "false" when opening our .csv files. You need to disable this feature as a workaround.
