UVWC jnlp file download loops when opening

Issue/Introduction

When clicking on jnlp file another jnlp file is being downloaded, so the file "unconfirmed 34343.crdownloads" is created and UVWC cannot be opened.

Environment

Version: 6.x and 7.x

Component: Dollar Universe

Sub-Component: UniViewer Web Console

Cause

Wrong association of the .jnlp file.

Resolution

Open the jnlp file with "Open with..."  and choose javaws.exe file.
