Can Java be uninstalled or upgraded on the SEPM Server?

Resolution

Java is self-contained within SEPM and we control the install and updates through our own upgrades. It does not show up in Add Remove Programs, nor can be updated through a standard Java install. If you need to uninstall any Java that shows installed, feel free to do so. You can also install and upgrade Java on the SEPM on its own if needed, though it will not be used by the SEPM application.
