Performance issue when pausing/unpausing Scheduled jobs in Clarity

Issue/Introduction

When going to Home - Scheduled Jobs - selecting all Scheduled Jobs on the page and clicking Pause, the page takes 30s - 1 min to return. This action is performed prior to scheduled maintenance and there is not many scheduled job instances or log instances on the system 

Environment

Any Supported Clarity Release

Resolution

  1. Connect to Home - Reports and Jobs - Scheduled 
  2. Filter on all Not Scheduled jobs and either Pause or Cancel them or reschedule them
  3. Filter on all Cancelled jobs - and delete them
  4. Now run Remove Job Logs job to remove any Completed jobs as well
  5. Try again
