VMware Aria Operations 8.17.x
VMware Aria Operations 8.18.x
VMware Cloud Director 10.6.x
NSX Advanced Load Balancer
Resolution
Ensure the 'System access URL' address under Administration > Global Settings > System Settings in VMware Aria Operations contains the load balancer address if one is being used or the FQDN of the primary node.
Publish the updated VMware Aria Operations System Access URL to the VMware Aria Operations plugin in VMware Cloud Director by:
Unregister the plugin via the associated VMware Cloud Director adapter instance by clicking 'Edit' > 'MANAGE REGISTRATIONS' > enter the credentials and selecting 'UNREGISTER'
Register the plugin once again and save the VMware Cloud Director adapter instance.
Republish the VMware Aria Operations plugin via the VMware Cloud Director portal to the desired Tenant organizations.
Workaround if you receive the 'User Session Expired' error when using the load balancer is as follows:
Change the 'System access URL' address under Administration > Global Settings > System Settings in VMware Aria Operations from the load balancer address to the VMware Aria Operations primary FQDN.
