Different Situations are creating in DOI console for Solarwinds Alerts

Issue/Introduction

We are ingesting Solarwinds alerts in DOI console through restmon. We have created different situations based on the criticality. We have different services based on the Locations but it is creating multiple situation for a location rather than single situation.

Resolution

Disable the service hierarchy toggle in the situation definition. It is not required as the alarms having the single service and service hierarchy is not required.
