Monitoring Redis on Google Memorystore

Issue/Introduction

We are in the process of migrated from AWS to GCP.  The Infrastructure Agent AWS plugin supported Redis monitoring, but the GCP plugin does not.  I have tried using the standalone Redis plugin, but this also doesn't work with GCP Memorystore Redis, because the CLUSTER and CLIENT commands are disabled.  The metrics are available using the INFO command, but the plugin does not get that far before failing.

Is there any way available to monitoring Google Memorystore Redis please?  If not, I would like to request an enhancement.
