Issue/Introduction

During the AuthHub SAML migration window, which ends on 31/10/24, if you need to claim additional domains beyond those already configured when you were using SAML, you can do so under the Domains section. These domains will be validated without the need to publish a TXT token.

Please note that after the migration window closes on 31/10/24, the requirement to claim domains via the TXT token will be reinstated.

Resolution

1. Navigate to Setup -> Admin -> Single Sign On.
2. Locate the Domains section, and type in the domain you wish to claim.
3. Press spacebar after entering the domain the validate the domain. 
4. Save the configuration update via the Update SSO Configuration option.
