Issue/Introduction

When logging into VCO, customers may see the banner in the image below.

Environment

VMware VeloCloud SD-WAN
VeloCloud Orchestrator (VCO)

Cause

The old VCGs were scheduled to be decommissioned on September 30, 2024. However, due to continued usage by some customers, we have decided to postpone the decommissioning schedule slightly. Going forward, BroadCom will gradually decommission the VCGs while monitoring their usage. In the VCO where the decommissioning of the VCGs is planned, the image above will be displayed.

Resolution

We have been reaching out to each partner and customer to request the manual migration of VCGs. Customers who have already completed the migration may disregard the message on the banner above. For those who have not yet completed the migration, we strongly recommend that you undertake the necessary migration promptly.
