Issue/Introduction

Looking at the DX Dashboard for Connector Health

It shows both the apm_bridge and oi connector as Not Available.

i tried restarting both probes

When checking the logs in UI both show connected

Resolution

OI is experiencing issues with inconsistent capitalization in our Connector ID query between NASS/TAS and ES due to the retrieval and display of query data in ES. We have implemented a temporary fix using transform options, but it has limitations. For instance, the data may not match when there is a high volume of alarms. We need to permanently address this issue by tracking it as a separate user story and exploring options for a case-insensitive outer join or fixing the query issue.
