VXRail has its own workflow for patching vCenter and ESXi hosts. Patching should not be performed out of band through vCenter VAMI, LCM, or CLI.
Customer should engage VXRail support for assistance when performing upgrades and applying patches. If patching/upgrades have been performed out of band VXRail support will also need to be engaged to remediate. Only upgrade builds and patches that are available through VXRail should be applied.
