Environment

Cause

The issue occurs when attribute display names or labels are not correctly mapped or defined in the provisioning directory properties, the user store, or global provisioning field settings.

    • Import the file and restart the environment.
  2. Update User Store:
    • Navigate to Directories > UserStore in the Management Console.
    • Click Export to download properties.
    • Update the relevant attribute values and import the file.
    • Restart the environment.
