Issue/Introduction
While creating a new Service Permission role on VCO version 5.2.3.x, the edge license privilege options are all greyed out, whereas the Read and Update options were changeable in older VCO versions or in the old VCO User Interface. Options for some other Privileges may be unexpectedly greyed out as well.
Environment
VCO that was originally provisioned with a version before 5.2.3.x and then upgraded to 5.2.3.x.
This issue does not affect VCO's that were deployed starting with 5.2.3.x or newer.
Resolution
This issue is being tracked as software defect 151500 and will be fixed in a future release.
If this needs to be fixed sooner, please open a support request and the support team can assist in fixing this in the VCO database.
Or as a workaround, open the classic VCO interface and create the new Service Permission from there.
