We are running a single AlarmNotifier but have several different SANM Policies for sending alerts. These Policies are changed every Monday according to who is on call for the week.
After changing the Policy in OneClick, we noticed the alerts were still being sent to the Notification Data from the previous Policy and not the current Policy.

Restart the AlarmNotifier process to force AlarmNotifier to pick up on the new Policy.
