Issue/Introduction

Licensed vSphere IaaS Control Plane (formerly known as vSphere with Tanzu) is required to deploy NAPP using NAPP Automation Appliance

 

Cause

NSX Application Platform Automation Appliance deploys a production ready deployment of NAPP using vSphere IaaS Control Plane. This requires that the vSphere environment has a valid license to enable vSphere IaaS Control Plane.

Resolution

Apply a valid VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) or VMware vSphere Foundation (VVF) license to enable vSphere IaaS Control Plane and deploy NSX Application Platform using Automation Appliance
