Issue/Introduction

You are unable to download non-English attachments from incidents after upgrade to 16.0RU2.

Environment

16.0RU2

Cause

There is an issue with downloading non-English attachments in the new Incident Snapshot page introduced in RU2.

Resolution

Install 16.0RU2HF1 where the issue was fixed.
