Savings plan recommendation tool - expiring reservations or savings plan doesn't appear when using checkbox

Issue/Introduction
Under the Savings Plan recommendation tool you will have the option to include usage covered by expiring Reservations or Savings Plans.
The label for the toggle mentions in the next 30 days - "Include usage covered by Reserved Instances and Savings Plans expiring in the next 30 days" however this isn't calculated from the current date/time, rather it is calculated from the last available hour in the analysis period currently.
To validate that your expiring Reservation or Savings Plan falls within the 30 days post the analysis period please follow the steps under the Resolution section.
Resolution
To confirm that your Reservation or Savings Plan falls within 30 days of the analysis period follow these steps:
Open the Savings Plan recommendation tool, and select the "View Details" option for one of the offerings.
Within the graph shown mouse over the end of the graph displayed the popup will return the last hour available in format <date> at <hour> e.g.
Now open the relevant asset report, e.g. EC2 -> Reservation or Cost Management -> Savings Plan and locate the discount method you believe should be displayed.
For EC2 -> Reservation ensure that the Expiration Date field has been added.
For Cost Management -> Savings Plan ensure that the End Date field has been added.
Compare the time returned under Step 2 to the time found in Step 3, for the discount method to be pulled in by the tool it will need to fall within 30 days.
e.g. a Reservation set to expire on the 26/10/2024 at 11:00 PM wouldn't appear if the latest day/hour from the analysis period for the Savings Plan recommendation tool was 26/9/24 10:00 PM as it falls 30 days + 1 hour in the future.
If you find the difference is due to the expiration date being more than 30 days in the future, the Savings Plan recommendation tool will update it's dataset roughly every 2 days, and you can check back then. If you find the discount method is within 30 days but not displayed by the tool please open a ticket with CloudHealth Support.
