Software upgrade can fail due to I/O disk errors while saving the software image ".You might see the following VCO event:
"error '[Errno 5] Input/output error: u'/velocloud/images/image'"
This should be caused by I/O errors (disk issues).
These errors are usually resolved by rebooting the edge device. However, if the issue continues, we can attempt a factory reset. If the problem still occurs afterward, we can initiate the RMA process.
