APM WebSphere 24.1 agent is not showing the specific process ID even after enabling the JMX metrics

Issue/Introduction

Post upgradation of APM agent from 10.7 to 24.5 ,the specific process ID for WebSphere application is not coming .

As per the current agent design the platform related stats file has been removed by 21.x version so cpu related metrics will not be displayed . Alternative is APMIA host monitoring. Post configuring the  APMIA  host monitoring but it is  showing all the process , not specific PID related to this WebSphere application .

 

Environment

• APM WebSphere agent 24.5 

Resolution

Issue has been fixed in next APM agent release 24.10.1
