License for Xtraction 2021.3 not being accepted

Issue/Introduction

A new Xtraction license file was received from Ivanti, but Xtraction is not accepting it.  The error message says the keys are invalid.

Environment

Service Desk Manager 17.x

Resolution

Xtraction log file showed:

2024-09-24 12:45:48,269 ERROR Xtraction.Configuration.Settings.Service.Impl.LicenseUtil - Error validating license
System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: Length of the data to decrypt is invalid.
   at System.Security.Cryptography.CryptoAPITransform.TransformFinalBlock(Byte[] inputBuffer, Int32 inputOffset, Int32 inputCount)

License file had become corrupted.  New license file was requested and received.  This resolved the problem.
