Librarian LAM406I error still occurs after applying LU11381

Issue/Introduction

Error "LAM406I ===> FAIRREC LOGIC ERROR; CONTACT  CA-LIBRARIAN SUPPORT"  still occurs when compiling programs.
Broadcom maintenance LU11381 was applied and LLA has been refreshed.
The SMPe list shows that PTF has been successfully applied.
There is no Holddata in PTF that gives particular instructions.

Cause

Even there is no Holddata with particular instructions, the active version of LIB/AM must be refreshed.

Resolution

Re-ran CAIRIM with parameter for LIB/AM:

  PRODUCT(CA-LIB44) VERSION(LJ44) INIT(LJ44INIT) PARM(REINIT)
