All Benefit Plan Details rows get updated when a single row is updated. This occurs in Classic as well as MUX
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create a project and financially enable it in Classic PPM.
2. Create a Cost Plan
3. Add more than 1 row to the cost plan
4. Add the Last Updated Date field to the Cost Plan Details list view
5. Change the display of the Last Updated Date field to show Date and Time
6. Change a value of one of the rows.
7. Look at the Last Updated Date field. Only the row that we updated has been updated
8. Create a Benefit Plan
9. Add more than one row to the Benefit Plan Details
10. Add the Last Updated Date field to the Benefit Plan Details list view
11. Change the display of the Last Updated Date field to show Date and Time
12. Update one of the rows and look at the Last Updated Date field
Expected Results: Only one row gets updated
Actual results: All Benefit Plan rows get updated
