Outbound email to one or more recipients resulted in a bounce message and the Message Audit Logs show a delivery status of "Rejected: 554 rejecting banned file attachment".
The email message was rejected by the destination mail server due to one or more attachments violating a policy set by the downstream mail server.
This is not an issue with Messaging Gateway.
To resolve the delivery failures you will need to communicate with the email administrators of the destination mail server to clarify what policy in their environment caused the message to be rejected.
