UIM inventory is not syncing to DXO2 as expected

Issue/Introduction

There are no UIM inventory items showing in DXO2.

There are "bad authorization header" messages in the apm_bridge logs:

ERROR [ATS Client - 0, apm_bridge] Could not POST to TAS NG. profile id: 0, host: <DXO2 SaaS URL> 
org.apache.https.client.HttpResponseException: status code: 401, reason phrase: Unauthorized "error":"code":600,"message":"Bad Authorization Header","traceId":"<Hex>"

Environment

• DXO2 SaaS
• UIM 23.4.2
• apm_bridge 1.10

Cause

• Token in apm_bridge configuration needed to be replaced.

Resolution

Generate a new token or restore a previous working token in the apm_bridge configuration.

To generate a tenant token from DX O2 Settings page:

1. Go to Settings, Token, Tenant Token

2. Click New Token

3. Enter a name and click Generate

4. Click Copy to copy the generated token
