Full and Delta Software Inventory is failing to run. It appears AppxScanner.exe is failing with an Access Denied error during the inventory run:

This issue has been resolved in 8.7.2.
Workaround for 8.7.1:
That file will need to put this file on each system manually. A Task could be scripted to Delete the existing file and copy the new one in if there are a lot of systems to do.
