Customers that currently access CloudHealth via the Cloud Services Portal, will currently receive the banner indicating that "CloudHealth has changed its single sign-on authentication provider. Customers using SSO must update their configurations before October 31, 2024 in order to retain access to the platform. Please click here for more information, or contact your CloudHealth Administrator."
This SSO configuration type does not need to be updated by October 31st currently. To confirm you are a CSP connected customer please follow the steps under Setup -> Admin -> Single Sign On.
To determine if your tenant is linked to the Cloud Service Portal currently please follow these steps:
If the above banner does appear you tenant will be tied to the Cloud Service Portal and no AuthHub migration will be required at this time.
