Issue/Introduction

As part of the setup we recommend only configuring - https://access.broadcom.com/default/saml/v1/sp/acs?sp=53359bda-9a9c-4264-a114-9a246544c372 as this supports both IDP initiated and SP initiated sessions. 

Some Identity Providers (IDPs) expect a direct match for the callback URL passed as part of the SAML flow however, and will throw a 404 when attempting to sign in via https://apps.cloudhealthtech.com/login

Resolution

To resolve the issue please configure a secondary ACS URL for the connection - https://access.broadcom.com/default/saml/v1/sp/acs.This can be done via the section you initially configured https://access.broadcom.com/default/saml/v1/sp/acs?sp=53359bda-9a9c-4264-a114-9a246544c372 under.

Set the Index field to 1 for https://access.broadcom.com/default/saml/v1/sp/acs and 0 for https://access.broadcom.com/default/saml/v1/sp/acs?sp=53359bda-9a9c-4264-a114-9a246544c372.

Once the configuration has been updated please retry the connection via https://apps.cloudhealthtech.com/login.
