Intermittent “Not authorized” error messages when using Rally API

Issue/Introduction

We have some jobs failing today with intermittent Not authorized error messages.

When we restart the Job it is sourcing a few records and failing again with the same error message - Not authorized.

Resolution

Please open a case with Support so we can investigate further.
