Custom Scale on List Viewer/Designer Spark Charts is not working

Issue/Introduction

I have created a List View with a Spark Chart and unchecked "Automatic Scale" so I can set my own scale for the data.

 

When viewing a chart where the values are around 5% maximum, I would expect to see the bars filling up the entire chart, but this does not seem to work.

 

 

Environment

DX UIM 23.4.2 and prior

Cause

Automatic scale is not getting disabled properly (defect)

Resolution

This will be resolved in DX UIM 23.4.3 - currently despite setting a custom scale, the Automatic Scale still remains in place so the values are not scaled appropriately.
