Issue/Introduction

A Business Rule has been created on a Blueprint that will trigger when a specific Attribute value is updated.

If a Template is used to create a Project (or any Object the Blueprint is created for), and the Attribute value is already defined on the Template, the Business Rule does not trigger.

Resolution

When a Project (or whatever Object used) is created for a Template, the values from the Template are populated on the new Project. This is not considered a field "update", so the Business Rule is not evaluated and triggered. This is working as expected.
