purestorage Probe resources are not visible: no drives discovered

Issue/Introduction

We are monitoring PureStorage with the Purestorage DX UIM probe and after connecting to the resource we are not seeing any volumes, hosts, drives etc.. discovered.

Is Purity//FA 6.5.6 supported? 

Environment

• DX UIM 23.4.* / 20.4.*
• Purestorage probe v1.24
• Purity//FA  6.5.6

 

 

Cause

Compatibility with Pure Storage API's of Purestorage probe v1.24

Resolution

The latest version of the purestorage probe version 1.25 [September 2024] supports PureStorage All Flash Array REST API v2.10 to v2.33.

Since Purity//FA 6.5 uses REST API v2.10, it is supported with 1.25.
