Issue/Introduction

Upgrade for Clarity fails with error:

9/17/24 2:50 AM (ExecTask) /$clarity_ppm_install_media_16_2_3/install-packages/16.2.2/upgrade-repack.16.2.2.1317tpexcludes/install.xml:460: Could not create tempfile in /tmp

Environment

All Clarity releases

Resolution

• This is a problem with /tmp folder
• Work with the IT admin to check you have enough space and correct permissions
