Are there HIPER Broadcom alerts available for MICS? Is it a service that needs to be requested or can it be set up individually?
Each User can set up the notification that they want to receive via the support portal - http://support.broadcom.com
Do the following to sign up:
1. Logon to the support portal and click on the Mainframe Software icon
2. Click on down arrow next to the logged in user in the upper right hand corner and select "Notification Settings"
3. Scroll down or search for the product you want to get notifications for and check the subscriptions you want. Note. Preferences are automatically saved
