VCO unable to retrieve enterprise mapping from GSM

Issue/Introduction

VCO operator events will throw an error as below.

 

 Failed creation of enterprise mapping in GSM Error 'Unable to retrieve enterprise mapping from GSM: Request failed with status code 401'

 

Environment

All Vmware Velocloud SD-WAN VCO versions

Cause

This is due to certificate issue . VCO is using old certificate of GSM to communicate with GSM sever. However GSM server is using new one.

Please engage our Support to resolve this
