Issue/Introduction

How to determine compatibility between different z/OS releases with SYSVIEW releases.      

Resolution

For the most up-to-date versions of z/OS, refer to the Broadcom Mainframe Support Portal and use the Compatibility Matrix link available under the "Quick Links" tab on the right side of the My Dashboard page.

 

For older releases of z/OS, or for other product compatibilities, log into SYSVIEW and enter the command:  TOPICS   Scroll down to the topic titled "Supported Software" .   This online document covers the following compatibilites:
