Issue/Introduction

I am trying to install Nimbus Infrastructure Manager with no success. IM login prompt shows my Primary Hub's loopback address 127.0.0.1.

Resolution

  1. Click 'No'




  2. Click the 'Advanced' button (the button will then change and display as 'Simple')


  3. Enter the IP address of the Primary hub at the bottom of the login window.

  4. Click in the middle window and it should refresh the display and show the Primary hub (NimBUS address). If not, then there may be a communication issue with the hub but it may be temporary so wait up to 60 seconds.

     5. Enter the administrator or other userid and password.
