Applied LU12388 for a new CCI Health check, and now I receive CHC414E Failure in (CA_CCS,CCS_CCI_WLM_VERIFY)

Issue/Introduction

I have rolled out new Common services maintenance on z/OS 2.5 and have come across the following message which has produced a dump: 
CAHC414E Failure in (CA_CCS,CCS_CCI_WLM_VERIFY)

LU12388
ENHANCEMENT DESCRIPTION:
Introduce CCI health check that verifies the WLM Service class for
the CCIxxxGW address spaces is appropriate. Failure to have CCIxxxGW
address spaces running in an appropriate service class can cause
CCI request backlogs that can lead to performance or storage problems.
 

Environment

Common Services r15.0 
ENF/CCI and CAHCHECK

Cause

ENF did not include the new Health Check introduced by LU12388. 

Resolution

ENHANCEMENT RESOLUTION:
Refresh LLA, if necessary and restart the ENF address space.
