New "temp" user is added to System Domain in vIDM

Issue/Introduction

vIDM System Domain shows the users in the format "identity_temp_admin_xxx".

Example:

Environment

VMware Identity Manager 3.3.7

Cause

This is a temporary account used to create a Tenant.

Resolution

After the Tenat creation the account can be safelly deleted.
