OPMS-(1043) Pageload timed out

Issue/Introduction

Setting up OPMS on RHEL 8 using Docker CE.  I am seeing the following errors on the Log page in the UI.

(1043) Pageload timed out

This is occurring intermittently on all 11 of my new OPMS servers. 

Resolution

the fix for the incorrect Total Time on a page timeout is done and will be deployed with the next ASM release. 

As for the reason for the timeout error, this is not a false positive, the monitored site <url> is intermittently rejecting TCP connections. This can be observed from any location, including public monitoring stations.
