Environment

VCF Operations for Networks 6.13+

VCF Operations for Logs: 8.16+

Resolution

  1. Go to the Log Insight UI.

  2. Expand the left pane, Click on 'Access Control' under 'Management' section.

  3. Edit the role for 'Aria Operations for Networks (vRNI)' user, which is the service account used during the integration setup.

  4. Under configuration, change the 'Webhook Configuration' to 'View' and save it. See below:

  5. The webhook will now function as expected and the error will not display in VCF Operations for Networks.
