Aria Automation failing to power on

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• Power On request initiated from Aria Suite Lifecyle failed
• deploy.log shows failure during deploy of identity-service
  
  

  Exit code of install/update of release identity-service is 1
  + return 1
  Failure counts are 1, from 1 finished

• within identity-service logs services-logs/prelude/identity-service-app/file-logs/identity-service-app.log the following AnnotatedNoRouteToHostException Error can be seen

Environment

Aria Automation 8.x, VMware Identity Manager 3.3.x

Cause

Aria Automation has no connection to the VMware Identity Manager tenant.

Resolution

This is an environmental issue, to resolve please review/correct the routing from Aria Automation nodes to VMware Identity Manager tenant.
