Missing file activemq-broker-nes.xml

Issue/Introduction

When trying to configure SSL communication between NES (Nolio Execution Server) and NAC following instructions in documentation :
Secure Management Server to Execution Server Communication

In step 11 file RA_HOME\webapps\execution\WEB-INF\activemq-broker-nes.xml should be updated.
But the file RA_HOME\webapps\execution\WEB-INF\activemq-broker-nes.xml does not exist anymore starting Release Automation 6.8.

How to indicate ActiveMQ to use SSL for communication ?

Environment

Release Automation 6.0 and higher version

Resolution

Starting 6.8, the file RA_HOME\webapps\execution\WEB-INF\activemq-broker-nes.xml is not provided anymore.

 

To configure NES to use SSL following step should be done :

 

- Edit file RA_HOME\webapps\execution\WEB-INF\jms.properties

 

- Update the line 

jms.broker.ssl.enabled=false

to

jms.broker.ssl.enabled=true

 

- Restart NES service.
