Issue/Introduction

In CloudSOC Audit / Device Logs Latest Date is several days behind

Click on Data Source details shows logs have current date but are either queued or processing

In Audit / Services and Audit / Users GUI events and activities are also several days behind correspondingly.

Resolution

Audit Engineering Team found an error and a service stopped in CloudSOC Audit backend

Audit Team restarted the service and is creating a patch to prevent future recurrence of same error.

The patch is in QA testing / targeted for inclusion in upcoming CloudSOC version 3.174
