Over / Under Threshold setting values cannot be updated if the system locale is set to a non-English locale in Modern UX

Issue/Introduction

On the Modern UX, if the locale value is set to a non-English based locale, then the Over and Under Threshold setting values cannot be updated. Any value entered is considered as invalid 

 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Login to Clarity Modern UX
  2. Click on the Avatar image on the top right corner of the screen and select the option: Settings
  3. On the resulting Settings window, select the option General
  4. Change the Locale value to a non-English locale, for example German. Close the window for the changes to take effect
  5. Launch the Settings window again and navigate to the General tab
  6. Attempt to input a valid percentage numerical value in the following Threshold fields: Over Allocation, Over Assignment, Under Allocation and Under Assignment respectively

For example:

    • Over Allocation Threshold = 15%
    • Over Assignment Threshold = 80%
    • Under Allocation Threshold = 35%
    • Under Assignment Threshold = 35%

Expected Results :-

The inputted values should get updated in the respective settings

Actual Results :-

The values cannot be inputted and is considered as invalid
