Windows NetQoS NFA Harvester versions
Another process is locking the files used that the NQMySQL service wants to use.
We have seen this error occur when the files that NQMySQL wants to use are locked by another process.
Was any new software recently installed that might be doing realtime scans of your NFA directories? If so, make sure that the NFA directory is excluded from any realtime AV scans. We have also seen cases were 3rd-party software installs another instance of MySQL that attempts to use the same files at the same time, locking NFA out.
Try rebooting the Harvester to see if this clears up the error.
