FTP Uproc is failing: Analyse CURLcode=28

Issue/Introduction

The execution of the FTP uproc is failing with the message below in the job log.

Environment

Product: CA Automic Dollar Universe v6.x, 7.x

Cause

The FTP server is not accepting any connection dure to port(not open)or firewall issue.

Resolution

Please make sure that it is possible to connect to the FTP server using another third party client. For example, from the Operating System's command line.

ftp <FTP server name>
