Error "The entity (com.vmware.vcloud.entity.vapp:XXX) does not have a snapshot" when executing a snapshot revert at vApp level in VCD 10.6

Issue/Introduction

•  if you use the "Snapshot -> Revert to current" on the vApp level, where the option is not greyed out, the tasks fails with the following error:

   The entity (com.vmware.vcloud.entity.vapp:xxxxx-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxxxxxx) does not have a snapshot.

• The vApp has snapshot taken prior the upgrade or post upgrade

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6

Cause

The Issue is caused by the fact that the "revert to current" link is populated to vApp with VMs having snapshots, Regardless of the vApp itself not having snapshots.

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in future release of Cloud Director.

Workaround available is :

•  To go into each VM and click revert snapshot.  
•  Click 'ALL ACTION > Snapshot > Revert to current'.
